Deep penetration carbon steel welding process realizes full penetration welding for medium thick plate and one-time penetration welding for 12mm thick plate with no groove. It enjoys 30% deeper welding penetration than standard pulse MIG for which the welding quality is outstanding. Thick plate welding enjoys reduced groove angle and material cost. It also enjoys lower labor cost through reducing the number of welding layers and passes.
Built-in expert database program enables it performing carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and other materials welding; solid core wire and flux-cored gas shielded wire are applicable.
